Thanks for using our Customer Support Area.
Digital Eagle Support is a comprehensive web based customer support solution that provides; help desk ticket tracking and more. All of these integrated components will help to provide a more effective customer support environment for you.
You will have the ability to easily a ticket through the user-friendly interface or even send an email inquires and have it automatically routed into the help-desk.
You can access this area to check progress on submitted tickets from anywhere using the Web. So you wont need to use your email to check on the progress of a submitted ticket.
Eventually our support area will include a troubleshooter tool and knowledge base that will contain step-by-step problem solving info.
